This was a re-read over the weekend for me.
I've done intermittent fasting before, but my sugar was out of whack so it was very hard on fast days. Now that I'm stable, achieved by drastically cutting back on processed foods and avoiding sugar, I'm thinking of trying it again. I liked how clear my thinking is during and after a fast, and how clean I feel.
This book does a good job at explaining the concepts and science behind fasting. Alot of what is said can be found in the Internet, but I do like having the book as a reference.
