This was a nice way to end this series. Our characters are all back - Scarlet, Harrison, Viv, Nick, etc. This book takes place in a wintry Paris, and the story was transporting enough that it made me long for French pastries. The mystery was decent, not earth shattering - but the heart of the book was definitely the when will they/why haven't they already question between Scarlet and Harrison. Her vow to not date was just as trying and unfathomable as it was in the last book. The story picks up with that cliffhanger circling around Viv from the previous installment and resolves it nicely.
Though I wasn't always thrilled with how the stories progressed, I did enjoy this series and will miss it.
